2. Products & Orders

All our products are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

As our products are handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is required for any replacement request. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, text, and other content on this website are the property of Yashvi Embroidery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
