At Yashvi Embroidery, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before it is packed and shipped. We put love, care, and attention into every order to ensure you receive a beautiful handmade creation.

Prepaid Orders Only – We currently accept prepaid orders only to provide a smooth and efficient order process.

No Returns or Refunds – As most of our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened without any cuts or edits, is mandatory for any damage or exchange request. Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or exchange. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution if the claim is approved.
